Served as lead consultant for National Science Foundation Funded (NSF) Grant with Cornell University that focused on STEM and Autism

Coached a team staff advisors and co-leads (roughly 60 individuals) to be effective affinity group leaders by developing a detailed “Almost Everything you Need to Know” leadership guide document; a series of check-in meetings; monthly email touch points; and video messages which kept all leaders on the same page, inspired their best contributions, and shaped their general body meeting agendas

Redesigned the Career Development staffing and service structure in collaboration with the Sellersburg Senior Leaders, growing the office from 1 full-time employee to 5 full-time employees and help employers with workforce needs

Hosted a total of 471 employers for 16 career fairs and multiples on-site recruitment events branded as “Employer Thursdays” series through the 2018-2019 Academic Year

Developed and implemented specialized career fairs, intentionally connecting students with employers in their field of study; grew from hosting two career fairs annually (40 employers) to six career fairs annually(120 employers)

Reinforced the message that the MCC serves all students, not just minority students, using demographic data compiled by the Office of Planning Research and Assessment; in fact, White students were typically the second largest population served; the ethnic breakdown of students served during the 2014-2015 academic year was as follows: African American 45.8%, Hispanic/Latino 8.4%, South Asian 0.8%, Multiple Race 3.0%, Not Specified 5.3%, and White, Non-Hispanic 35.9%.

Validated MCC student organization relevance by showing the mean GPA for participation was above 3.0 for two consecutive academic years, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015

Demonstrated that students who are actively involved in at least one MCC sponsored organization had a 10% higher impact on retention compared to the overall student population for the Fall of 2014

Proved that over 90% of the students who attend at least one MCC sponsored program were retained by the University for the Fall of 2012, 2013, and 2014; every student (100%) who attended one MCC sponsored program were retained in 2013.
